Inspiration for Create, Grow & Eat came to me when I spent my time on the propagation team at The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.

 

With 28 acres of farmland to plant during the COVID-19 pandemic, I found purpose in helping sow thousands of seeds for the farm.

​

Seeds germinated, they grew into seedlings, and were replanted into the ground to produce food for the community.

​

My eyes were opened to the importance of regenerative farming and the magic of combining seeds, soil, sun and water. 

​

Most importantly I became inspired by sustainable systems that,

"Give back more than they take". 

​

These growing kits are my effort to pass on the idea of agricultural and social sustainability with anyone willing to get their hands a little dirty.
